Most of us feel very uncomfortable when it comes to body odor. Sometimes we think that what from the world causes this odor in us. You may have a doubt asking me , is there a way to control this naturally? Yes, there are many ways we have to follow to get rid of these bad body odor.

This bacteria breaks down and produces bad odor from body . Bathing is really very important to get rid of this bad body odor. If it’s a humid day or sunny day it will be good you bath twice. Also use loofah while bathing when you are using soap or shower gel ,this will add exfoliation (remove dead cells from the body).
Water intake is very much important, this will flushes out the toxins from the skin. If you add lime juice and mint to it this will also increase the benefits.
A balance and healthy diet is much needed. Avoid oily food which adds bad cholesterol to our body. Take vitamin rich foods and take more fruits and vegetables in your daily routine.
Use anti-antiperspirant lotions if you sweat excessively. These lotions contain aluminium chloride and should be used in the underarms, palms and soles at night. They work on reducing the amount of sweat.
