If you are a single and you are a part of a group of committed people. Then you are the right audience to read this content. You may have gone through any of these strategies where you can’t even express how you feel, since both of that idiots are your friends. I am explaining everything in scenarios.

Scenario 1:

Positives first:

Since both of your close friends got committed, they won’t make you feel lonely. Both of them take extra care on you to make sure you shouldn’t think that you are ignored. If you are going to a coffee shop, both of them keep on talking to you, they will discuss only about things in common to make sure you are engaged with the topic and making sure you are an important one in their lives.

Even at times, they will take one of your own problem and they both try to find a solution for it. You will absolutely know they are trying something and they can’t come to a solution but still they will try. You may feel what these people are up to and at times they drive you crazy as well. These are some of the good things which actually better for a good friendship.

Next coming is where we struggle a lot.

Scenario 2:

Do you think , you aware of all the things which your committed close friends are discussing about. Sometimes you will be thrown out the circle which would have drawn within themselves. I can say you one thing, you should not plan anything with them separately like going out for a movie or a dinner or something like that. I am betting you, they will turn totally inside out when you try doing this. They can be absolutely normal for first 2 or 3 times then comes their original face which they can’t show to you. They can only deal with their partner whom will show polishly to you.

So be careful friends, if you are single and have committed friends you should always knew your boundary line. Once you knew it stick to it do not move in or out in any situation to maintain a healthy relationship between both of them. Because both of them will be important for you.

Scenario 3:

You will be totally confused who is good or bad. Really ?

How come one can confuse if their friends are good or bad. But I can bet you , if you are in a situation like what am explaining you can get this doubt. Since you are a common friend for both of them. They can complain about each other to you, and a very crucial thing is they only discuss about one side of the conversation where they can blame easily. After hearing both of the conversations in different times and even sometimes very often you will come to a conclusion that one party is doing some mistakes. You will create a vengeance that this one is doing wrong to our friend and you will console the other party by convincing words and all. But after all this is happening and running through your like anything they will act like normal all of a sudden like nothing has happened.

You are a fool here!! Seriously 😒

Fruits are basically classified into two, acidic and alkaline fruits. We usually consume fruits in different ways. Mostly along with food, along with milk and as juices. There are also few rules in consuming fruits and also there are few combinations too.

Fruit juices:

Acidic fruits shouldn’t be added with milk whereas alkalaine fruits goes well with milk.  Drinking fresh juices without sugar will helps in gaining whole fruit benefits ,if it is added with sugar that results in gaining weight so this is not recommended as a healthy habit.

Before meal:

Fruits should never be consumed before food. Particularly acidic fruits like pomegranate, kiwi and sweet lime. This will be reacted with the acid formed in stomach which results in heavy increasing acid level that also leads to ulcer.

Fruits like papaya,pineapple has heavy enzymes .This heavy enzyme fruits should be avoided before meal.

After meal:

Our Indian food culture is filled with heavy starch(rice) and fibred food (roti) which takes more time to digest. Whereas fruits takes less time to digest. If we consume fruits after food which will decay before it get to the intestines. So strictly fruits shouldn’t be consumed after food.

Separate meal:

So fruits should be always consumed as a separate meal. It’s good to start the day with alkaline fruit like banana,Apple,chikoo and guava which will sooth the stomach and keeps it calm the whole day and controls acid levels.

Diabetics friendly fruits:

Low calorie fruits like guava,kiwi,blueberry,pineapple can be consumed in normal levels by the diabetics people. Whereas high calorie fruits like mango,jackfruits can be consumed in very low amount.

Blood pressure reducing fruits:

Fruits which has high potassium content and low sodium content will be used in reducing blood pressure. Fruits like grapes,lemon and kiwi will be consumed in normal level to stabilize the blood pressure.Banana can also be consumed for maintaining blood pressure.

Regrets, what is mean by regrets…

You might have regrets in your life like I would have met this person at that time, I would have say this to this to this person , I would’ve done this , I would’ve done that.

But don’t ever have a regret in your life like, why I have met this person, why I have done this. This will never ever be forgiven by your own. And it is not good for yourself. So don’t be ever do the things which doesn’t make you feel happy!!

Think multiple times, before you do a thing, or Being with people who doesn’t value you!! Before you think of others, you are more precious, you deserve more😍 stay happy!!

Welcoming 2019

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing awesome!! We have come to the end of 2018 and we are welcoming 2019 with a BANG!!

This year 2018 would have been a great year for many of you, memorable year for many of you, and a normal year for many of you!! Whatever it is , have a hope in yourself that Every new day is the beginning for a new life.

Today am going to discuss with you about the resolutions for new year. I must also mention New Years aren’t the one meant only to take the resolutions. We can take resolutions every month, every week and even every single day!! By that you are going to challenge yourself to carve a better you♥️ So start taking resolutions, it’s a kinda milestones we set to ourselves to reach high, in the highways of life I must say!!

These are the few things I wish to convey to you, few of it may help you in anyways.

  1. If you are very close to someone , give them a big hug and spend a quality time with them atleast monthly once!! If you are staying away from them, not a big deal Skype with them and express your love and care to them by nice loving words.
  2. If you are the one close to your pets, take them for a long walks and play with them every week if possible!! Your pets are the ones , who loves you more than you could ever imagine!!
  3. If you are the one, who is attached to your family. Go cook them a super special lunch or dinner and surprise them every week or month.
  4. If you are the one, close to your siblings listen to them 😝 atleast once in a while🤪
  5. If you need to spend a quality time with yourself, choose a book and read every month.
  6. If you need to talk to your body, do yoga 🧘‍♀️ every week.
  7. If you haven’t wrote personalised letter to someone close to you, start it now!! It’s going to be a fun in every ways!!
  8. If you are the person who won’t take any resolutions to yourself, try taking resolutions it makes you more responsible. Also it allows you to analyse you thoroughly and give you a clear view of what you need to do for yourselves ♥️ and what you could trash to stay positive✌🏻
  9. If you are a open minded, ready to mingle kinda of person. Be choosy in your circle, and set a resolution to stay out of fake people around who can use you!!
  10. Talk to new people around , try this out this year!! You can feel refreshed and even there is how you knew completely about yourself. How you react, how you respond and all!!
  11. If you haven’t treated your closed ones better, treat them bestest♥️ give them your full love. It doesn’t mean you are not going to be valued, if your opponent who is receiving is a valuable person, then give it a try. Or leave that shit🤪
  12. If you are the one , who is workaholic. Please find work life balance for your own sake!! Try finding it , you can. Set time limit, that you are gonna work till this time and thats it close your laptop and go home 🏡
    If you are the one, who is not able to concentrate on your daily work. No worries!! Try meditation , stay calm and you are going to work for your own god sake and you should be true to yourself that your hardwork/ smartwork pays you!! So work hard/smart.
    Try a new game to play!! It will be so fun.
    If you are the one afraid trying or doing something., then take a resolution to try it out!! It will be real fun. Choose something you are afraid doing and come out of that fear!! I am damn sure , you will like what you have done😍

I think I have given you a sample of resolutions running in my mind. Try these out for this amazing year. I am wishing all good luck in the year 2019 . Let’s hope this amazing year going to add more and more extra colours in all of your lives💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

How to Stay happy!! Part 1

I welcome everyone to share a wonderful topic in which everyone are very much keen in. How to stay happy in Life. We all are blessed with good soul from which we can make a positive world rotating around us!! There are some key rules you have to follow to be successful in each and every relationship you are in!!

I think you people agree with me on the above statement. Like the Tree we have planted need water to grow likewise the relationship we are in needs some extra love and care which makes our bonds stronger. Say the relationships like in family as a Mom or dad, Son or daughter, Sister or brother, husband or wife ,Friends, lover etc. These key rules applicable for each and everyone out there.

These are the little things I learnt and few of it am following in my life which I believe in . I hope these also will enlighten few of your relationships. I am so glad to share this with everyone of you 😍😍😍😍

Rule 1:

Always share and express love to your loved ones. Don’t even hide within yourself. Say for example, you have a friend. And you take extra care for her/ him , and you are feeling possessive if he or she is with some of their friends. In this situation go and express the way how you feel for them. This small gesture may make them realise how you are caring/feeling for them. It doesn’t mean your friend should not make friends other than you. It means you really mean them a lot more than anyone else. Hope I made a point here!! This make them take extra care on you🙌

Rule 2:

Exchange love. Exchange love in any possible ways . People may think that you are crazy doing things. Don’t think of anyone , you are going to love your people . Say for example , if you love or care for your family members or friends , do write them a memorable letter on their special days. Instead of texting them in watsapp or fb. Invest your time on lovely people of yours. If u express your feelings through a letter, they may feel special and they treasure it♥️ these are simple things but means really lot.

Below are letters I have wrote to my loved ones♥️

Also do update a composed collage of your friends pictures on their special day as status, which make them feel that they are special to you ♥️

Do say them, that you love them😍. It seems simple but, it create change ♥️

Rule 3:

Do not argue !! Whatever the situation is do not even argue with your loved ones. Even if anyone of you feel low, then there is a chance of a relationship gap. So do not even try doing it. Avoid that situations. Even you can turn your mobile off for sometime if you are unable to control your emotions. Because haste makes waste. And it also spoil our lovely relationship in all the ways. After turning off the phone just think of the happy moments you shared with the person and think whether he or she will think of anything bad on you!! Of course they won’t . Because they are the dearest one of ours😍 so only think of the positives, which keeps you alive in this world♥️♥️♥️ And have a thought in your mind that everyone around you loves you . Don’t doubt it 😍

Rule 4:

Before you think of anyone else. Daily thank god for giving you a beautiful soul, which makes you alive. Thank yourself for taking good care on your own self both physically and mentally 😍 Be thankful for each and everything you feel pleasant , and makes you happy in all the ways♥️ Do not complaint anything. Everything in this world happens for a reason♥️♥️♥️

These are the few rules , each of you would have following this already. Happy for you!!! If any of you miss doing these, please apply it in your life as well . You can make yourself happy giving more love to others, with giving you can be filled with loads and loads of love am promising you this.

I think I made someone atleast to do something, with this note am coming to an end of this 4 rules. I will share few rules as well in my upcoming blogs ♥️ Create your way of living !!! Love you all😍

Meditation a medicine for inner soul

Everyone of us knew , this is a fast moving world. Where we can study fast, knew information fast, gossips fast, make money fast along with that we will gain stress as a super free combo in all the situations.

Do you ever think of the life without stress is possible. Yes! It is absolutely possible with a little bit of positive motivation. This may come from you , from your surroundings, from the persons you watch daily, or from a piece of paper you read.

It is all about,how we look at it and making it as a driving force!!

Here am going to share my own personal experience. Hope this will add a little motivation in you!!

One unfortunate day, I lost a part of me. Which means am unable to concentrate on job+my family+my friends. Which resulted in loosing many of my friends.( For sure some may deserve some may not) but still..lost is lost.

Which was burdening me a lot. Seriously you believe it or not, I was at this condition for almost an year.

After that I came to knew, that this is absolutely not me. So I decided to do things on my own way. Do the betterness of myself and also the people who really cares me. So I decided to do this after a very long time. Almost after a decade.

I started meditation.


Which added up some of my good valuable character back to me. ( I wish this piece of lines will make someone’s life better)

This is not at all a impossible mission.

Make yourself comfortably sit in an areated room.

Close your eyes.

Breath slowly.

Forget about the choas around you.

Concentrate on the air which you breath.

Sit relaxely upto how much time you able to sit.

If you have something burdening you cry it out.

If you have something overwhelming smile at yourself.

Stay calm for atleast 10 minutes and increase this time slowly.

This is what I am doing and I really feeling pleasant about how I feel. Which will help you in mental wellness. Keeps your soul happy 😍

Also I am suggesting everyone to do physical workout or stretches after meditation.

This will add you up in physical wellness too. Keeps your body happy😍

Do things better- Part 1

Day to day things, can handled better

Do your daily exercise until you sweat. (If you are sweating, it means already you have triggered your body to flush out the toxins that has been stored. This will results in glowing skin and also reduces pimples which is an accumulation of dead cells)

Drink water until your urine is colorless. Many of us have doubt that how much water quantity do i need to drink in a day? My answer is it varies from person to person. It depends upon how much pounds you are, what type of work are you doing.. etc. So i recommend to take water until you see your urine is not yellowish.

Eat partly whenever you feel hungry. Also eat until your stomach is full. (Meaning- While you are chewing the food nicely, you will feel the stomach filling , if you are gulping the food usually you wont feel the stomach fullness and that results in stuffing yourself which results in increasing weight. so chew your food as much you can avoid gulping and stuffing yourself)

Continue doing your daily workouts until you feel light. sometimes you will experience like you are carrying your own body when you are walking , which means you are put on weight. This will be regulated when you do a regular workout.

Do daily 10 to 15 mins self thinking/analyzing or meditation. This will help you to concentrate/motivate on doing things and increases positivity. Which will help you glow physically and mentally.

How to get rid of bad body odor

Most of us feel very uncomfortable when it comes to body odor. Sometimes we think that what from the world causes this odor in us. You may have a doubt asking me , is there a way to control this naturally? Yes, there are many ways we have to follow to get rid of these bad body odor.

Here are few tips.

  1. Bath twice a day
  2. Drink plenty of water
  3. Add lemon intake and mint intake which flushes out toxins from the body
  4. Avoid caffeine intake
  5. Maintain your healthy diet and avoid oil /junk food
  6. wear cotton clothes
  7. use anti-antiperspirant lotions to the under arms
  8. use talcum powders after bath

Bath:

Sweat is the outcome of stress,high temperature,humidity and exercise. Sweat by itself not produces odor,Sweat plus the dead cells in the skin results in bacteria growth. This bacteria breaks down and produces bad odor from body . Bathing is really very important to get rid of this bad body odor. If it’s a humid day or sunny day it will be good you bath twice. Also use loofah while bathing when you are using soap or shower gel ,this will add exfoliation (remove dead cells from the body).

Drink water:

Water intake is very much important, this will flushes out the toxins from the skin. If you add lime juice and mint to it this will also increase the benefits.

Diet:

A balance and healthy diet is much needed. Avoid oily food which adds bad cholesterol to our body. Take vitamin rich foods and take more fruits and vegetables in your daily routine.

Antiperspirant/deodorant:

Use anti-antiperspirant lotions if you sweat excessively. These lotions contain aluminium chloride and should be used in the underarms, palms and soles at night. They work on reducing the amount of sweat. Deodorants do not prevent or control the amount you sweat, but they help to mask the body odor. you can use nivea roll on,Dove deo these has aluminium chloride present in it.
